And My Journey Begins.....

This is a scripture that God has given me to help me start my spiritual weightloss journey. In the past couple of weeks I have heard this scripture a couple different times at my church and each time it just stirred something inside me. I knew this was God speaking to me on how to begin my weightloss journey again but this time WITH HIM!!

 Today my start weight is 299.5 lbs.

Oh... and by the way, this scripture is posted on my refrigerator door. :)

    Thank you Stacey!!! It took alot for me to create a blog but I know this is going to be a new yet exciting journey for me. It's different this time around because I'm letting God enter this part of my life and it is feeling so good!! Thank you for the scripture!! Love you guys!!

    You can do it, Miss Lisa Kidd. I hate weight loss, and the older I get, the more difficult it gets. But, since you framed it in the above context, it does add a deeper dimension to it. What version did you take that from? I like the wording. Good luck!
